Auto Pop Migration
This mod built for my other mod: Auto Planet Build because the popular Automatic pop migration doesnt work well with my mod.
There are two new planet decisions:
-Migration source
-Migration target
One new policy:
-Energy reserve
This mod simply resettle any unemployed pops from "source" planets to the "target" planets, no other condition. This is in some aspects better then than automatic pop migration and in some aspects worse. Depends on the player needs.
My mod taking to account any resettle cost modification too.
