Description:

This mod adds the ability for players (not AI) to change your shipset via a planetary decision on your capital planet. Plantoid, Humanoid, Necroid, Imperial, Aquatic, and Toxoid ships only appear as options if the player (or the host in multiplayer) has their respective DLC.

Thanks to @Tuvka for the Russian localisation!

FAQ
Does this work with modded shipsets?
Yes, but I have to manually add an event option for each one. If you have a request for a specific shipset, comment below and include a link to the mod in question. I will not respond to requests that don’t include a link.

Also, please don’t request a shipset unless you personally plan to switch to it mid-game! This doesn’t need to be a comprehensive list of every shipset on Steam.

Is there a list of modded shipsets that are compatible with this?
Unfortunately not, I didn’t think to track them originally and now there’s way too many to properly document, particularly since some of the mods probably don’t exist anymore.

Is this compatible with version x.x.x of Stellaris?
It should be compatible with all versions of the game.

Is this save-game compatible?
Yes, you can add or remove this to/from an existing save and everything works fine.

Does this change the appearance of all ships in my fleets?
This does not change the appearance of your existing ships or stations, only the ones built after implementing the decision.

Does this allow me to change the appearance of the GDF/Imperial Armada ships?
No, that can’t be changed via event, but you can change the line "GDF_SHIP_GRAPHICAL_CULTURE = "nemesis_01"" in 00_defines.txt to whatever shipset you want.

Where should this go in the load order?
This mod doesn’t overwrite anything, so any order is fine.
