More Extractor Jobs (x3)

Increases the number of jobs for resource extractors (Mote Harvesters, Gas Extractors, and Crystal Mines) from 1 to 3.
This is likely not well balanced for vanilla lighter version is likely somewhat balanced with vanilla values. This buff incentivizes players to exploit planets with rare deposits more actively and makes planets with them more strategically valuable overall. The other rationale is that if I’m going to be using a precious building slot on one of these things, it had better be worth my while. The base deposit buildings were rather lackluster especially in the face of other mods which add upgradeable refineries.
The Xeno Zoo and the Betharian Power Plant will likely also receive a buff later on (as for whatever reason to edit any building within the 10_deposit_buildings file, the entire file has to be replaced). The mod name will change to accompany this if I follow through with it.
