Description:

For 2.2.2, and because I’m lazy the relevant description will remain the same as vanilla.

– Following jobs now provide administration limit: administrator, excutive, high priest and noble.
– Now any organic non-gestalt empire can build unlimited number of bureaucratic complex on their capital planet. Build your own Trantor!
– Byzantine bureaucracy now provide +1 administrator job for relevant buildings.
– You could spam 3 noble estates on each of your planet now. Still need aristocratic elite civic.
– Cost and upkeep of these buildings are now higher. It’s now a strategic decision to build these rather than spam them on every possible planet.
– Capital buildings now provide +1 administrator/excutive job, in order to balance admin-focused country and the others. Only affect normal planet (capital buildings of slave planet and orbital habitats e.g. are not included.)
– Some job tweaks:
– High priests now provide 4 society research, 5 unity and 6 amenities.
– Nobles now provide 4 unity, 3 amenities, 3 trade value, 3% planet worker output, 3% planet slave output, 3% stability and -5 crime.
– Hive minds now receive admin cap from synapse drones, +1 each.
– Machine empires’ capital buildings now provide +2/4/8/16 admin cap.
