Thank you all for your patience, I have finally been able to figure out why the mod wasn’t working

Currently, this mod is a carbon-copy of swefpth’s Flags: Emblems & Backgrounds (except that I have removed the KFC emblem). Consequently, swefpth’s mod works completely fine, even though the launcher may say that his mod is out-of-date. For those of you like me, I do my best to keep this mod consistently up-to-date (I get a little peeved when the Launcher says "your mods are out of date waah waah").

Please note that swefpth has given his permission for anyone to use his mod. However, if that were to change, this mod would also change in accordance with the mandate.
