ESAP-Utopian Dream 2.2 Compatibility
For Stellaris 2.2.*
Makes these two mods compatible by combining the ascension perk changes. Basically you should have all the changes of TUD2.2 ascension perks without breaking ESAP in any way.
Due to the way ESAP handles Imperial Perogative, it was necessary to disable the vanilla version of the Ascension Perk.
