Expanded Subspecies Rights
Unlocks a few of the rights options for subspecies that paradox didn’t add in the latest beta, such as residency, caste residency, and slavery.
Purging is still blocked unless and until I get around to modding AI weights, or the ai might purge all subspcies, as it is they may end up doing dumb♥♥♥♥♥♥like enslaving their science pops or banning their good leader pops from leadership.
The pimary species is still locked to full or caste citizenship, to stop any weirdness with having no species available for leadership.
