Description:

(3.5.2)

This mod will allow to build your very own Pirate Galleon once you get the technology to do so. There are two ways to currently do this,

1. Destroy a Buildable Galleon that happens to be from another empire, a galaxy generated Galleon, or Raid the Marauders.

2. Wait for the Technology to randomly show up after researching Battleships. If you happen to have the Militarist Ethic the technology will be twice as likely to appear, if you have the Fanatic Militarist Ethic it will be four times as likely to appear, its still a rare technology though.

I polished up this mod and released it for the Original Creator as he could not at the time due to computer issues.

Compatability:

– Board That Ship: the mod will work with fine with it but if you decide to board the Galleon you won’t get the technology to build it as it needs to be destroyed, but you can how ever wait for it randomly appear in the research area.

– You might have issues if you have not updated to the latest patch.

– Issues may also arise if you have any mods that alter the existing vanilla Galleons.

Bugs:

– The technology will be given to you the minute you destroy the Galleon, you don’t need to scan its debris.

– Some weapon turrets might be out of scale.
