Tired of researching technologies and surveying all those systems?
Here is a solution.
1. This mod offers player a OPTIONAL dominant start.
2. Player can use edicts to survey all the systems, reasearch all the vanilla technologies, experience all the ascension route, gain more influence, et cetera.
3. Player can build better production buildings, and use better ships with better sections armed with new weapon.
4. Player can build planets, multiple ringworld(with custom exterior appearance) and even construct new systems(and you can choose the number, size and class of your artificial planet).
5. AI will never use the anything that offered by this mod.
6. It might be imbalanced, yet everything is up to the player. Basically, everything offered by this mod is optional
Attention:
1. Use the edict A&AI Menu to set everything.

1. Player can choose to be primitive.( Just staring at the nightsky and do nothing but rest. )

中文说明：
这是一个内容比较偏综合向和娱乐向的mod，平衡性不是首要考虑对象。
1. 玩家可以选择强力开局：25格盖亚世界，所有地块都有10+的资源，且每个地块都有人口和我自己加的三级堕落帝国生产建筑。可以选择！可以选择！可以选择！重要的事情说三遍。
2. 玩家可以通过法令调出菜单实现实现科技全开，星系全部扫描，体验所有飞升路线的种族改造以及获得更多影响。
3. 这里面加了堕落的建筑和空间站（建筑都可以升到三级），自动无畏舰以及商人的飞地站，并且给加的船都配了可选的变态模块以实现搭载18或者27把光矛的天堂级火力。当然，你也可以不使用变态模块。
4. 可以建造行星（可任意指定类型和尺寸）。也可以一口气建造4到32颗行星。也可以通过巨构建筑把任何行星和恒星转化为指定类型以及尺寸的天体。
5. 电脑不会造这个mod里面新加的东西。
6. 我给自己的mod做了汉化，汉化补丁的链接在说明的最上面。
7. 我写mod时没有什么替换的文件，而且有刻意避免冲突，所以兼容性很好。
注意：
1. 所有功能都在法令中的A&AI 菜单法令调出的菜单中进行自由控制。

1. 玩家现在可以选择变成土著看星星。
