Tweaks as follow:

  • ‘Free’ Tech Cost Pops set to 10 (default)
  • Tech cost multiplier based on pops changed to to -0.00012 (from 0.01) – Provides a bonus to tech for more population (more population = more scientists working on things)
  • Tech cost multiplier based on colonies changed to 0.01 – provides bonus to tech for more colonies.
  • Minimum Trade Deal Length decreased to 2 (from 10)
  • Maximum Trade Deal Length increased to 300 (from 30)
  • Truce Years reduced to 5 (from 10)
  • Government Civic Points increased to 4 (from 2)
  • Leader skill cap increased to 10 (from 5)
  • Leader skill levels 6-10 represented by a gold star, 1-5 represented by a silver star (Based on a mod by Morhe which is based on a mod by Mycles)
  • Max Traits points increased to 10 for biological, 8 for machine, 4 for robot. Max traits set to 7 for robot, 8 for machine, 10 for biological.
  • Max Ethics Points increased to 5
  • Policy Years changed to 5

Compatible Version: Works with 1.8.*

NOTE: Balance will change after playtesting, new trait pick amount and points are temporary until playtesting and recommended species traits mods are updated and listed.
