OUTDATED IN 2.0 DUE TO ENIGMATIC REACTOR & SHIELD IS GONE.

Paradox nerfed the Enigmatic Fortress in 1.6, so now it only gives you one of the techs, and a 66% chance of the decoder or encoder, instead of all the techs.
This mod changes the Enigmatic Fortress back to how it was, granting all of the techs, and it leaves the event itself untouched. (Glad they added a flag for empires that finished the event!)

Compatibility

Standalone! This mod leave "guardian_events.txt" untouch, you are safe from any mod that alter "guardian_events.txt".

How it works

When this mod detected any empire has certain flag called "fortress_solved", it immediate give the empire the other enigmatic tech options, this event will only fire once.
