UPDATED TO STELLARIS 2.1

Please note, the Armed Forces edict set "Country Command Limit multiplier" to x20, however for some reason it show without description in the tooltip. You can just ignore as I believe it’s simply a missing translation label as effect is still valid (see https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Modifiers).

Be advised that the new edicts format force a duration to the edicts, so now every 10 years you have to click the edict again (don’t worry, the game notify you when the edict expire).
It was possible to extend the duration to more years, but since it would break existing savegames I preferred that people enjoy their games rather than adding a not so important change.

Activation
Simply go to the empire edict selection screen and activate "Stellar Cheats"

Note
This is obviosly not ironman compatible, and this is obviously super cheating so use with caution, remember that the fun factor is definitely hampered, this mod is useful for testing or for shaping a super empire capable to compete with Fallen Empires or monstruosities in decades.
The mod doesn’t change any base file, so even if the launcher tells you it’s outdated, it will 99,99% works without any issue or concerns (I could even did not update at all since first version as it was always 100% compatible).

Update compatibility
The updates are 100% compatible to your existing savegame, both vanilla or with Stellar Cheats.
If you used Stellar Cheats you’ll notice that all your bonus vanished, simply because the edicts now have different names, just go into Edits selection page and activate the now all edicts an you’ll have the same situation as before.

  • +10000% Minerals output
  • +10000% Food output
  • +900000 Mineral storage capacity
  • +900000 Energy storage capacity

RESEARCH

  • +80% Research speed
  • +50% Survey speed
  • +20 Research alternatives
  • +400% Physics research points output
  • +400% Society research points output
  • +400% Engineering research points output

ADMINISTRATION

  • +200 Empire leader capacity
  • +10 Leader choices in selection screen
  • +60 Sector limit
  • +40 Core systems limit
  • +5000% Influence points gain
  • +5000% Monthly unity gain

ARMED FORCES

  • +2000% Naval capacity
  • -90% Ship upkeep
  • +90% Shipyard build speed
  • -90% Shipyard build time
  • +1000% Army build speed
  • +2000% Fleets capacity
  • +2000% Starbases capacity

BUILDINGS

  • +2000% Megastructures build speed
  • +1000% Building build speed
  • -1000% Clear tile blocker time
  • +2000% Robot build speed

SUBJECTS

  • -95% Subject integration influence cost (hence, time)
