99 trait points no ai basic 1.6.2
1.6.2 like the full version this mod is updated but it still does not let you select preset empires. But you can still select your custom empires or create them(I’m working on fix).

This is the basic version and what was the original for what became the best mod sweeping the nation by storm(I can dream Ok*sadface*).
This version just has 99 trait points that you get but the ai doesnt. You must select the trait -trait_99♥♥♥♥♥_basic- to get the extra trait points.
