Faster Start: More Starting Recources!

*IMPORTANT INFO: 2.0 REHAUL*
With the 2.0 update adding the Unity and Tech Research Speed slider, this mod doesn’t have much use anymore. I have reworked this mod to give the following at start:
5000 Energy
5000 Minerals
500 Influence
If you would like to speed up the tech and unity speed, just use the slider. Thanks!

This mod is meant to greatly speed up the early game by giving extra resources and science to every player, INCLUDING the AI. This means that it is a balanced mod, as every player will get these bonuses.
Things changed in the mod include:
-5000 Starting Energy Credits
-5000 Starting Minerals
-500 Starting Influence
