Armageddon Bombardment Unlocked

I made this mod to add in a few features that I tend to want while playing different types of empires. This mod does what it says, but with a little extra.
Armageddon bombardment, slavery, and purging are unlocked for the following ethics
- Militarist
- Spiritualist
- Xenophobe
- Materialist
- Authoritarian
- Gestalt Consciousness
- Livestock slavery type is also enabled
- When creating an empire, you will not see the above changes to the ethics descriptions in order to help increase mod compatibility.
