What this mod does:

Changes every unowned system at the start of the game to have only 1 type of resource in all of its planets, which makes systems far more strategically valuable.

Black hole systems will always be Dark Matter
Neutron Star systems have a much higher weight for Alloys
Pulsars will be one of Physics, Energy or Engineering

This is an experimental balance mod, idk have fun.

Mod version 2.7, tho simple enough it should work for every version above 2.1.3
