Description:

The aim of this mod if to add a form of disease to Stellaris. Diseases appear via a colony event and have varying effects and spread in various ways. To counter this there are a number of policies and (soon) techs to stop diseases. The key way to stop treatment however is by using clinics and hospitals which provide 2 and 4 patient jobs. After 3 years of being a patient and receiving treatment patients will be cured and no longer be able to spread the virus or have its effects.

Information on full effects of disease if somehow your entire population has it:
-Debilitating: -15% worker output
-Mind-Fogging: -40% research output
-Concentration-Draining: -10% pop production
-High-Maintenance: +25% pop upkeep
-Painful: -15% happiness
-Vicious: All your pops will die in 5 years
-Flora-Affecting: -35% habitability

(Welcome to suggestions on balance as these numbers are all easy to change)

Galactic measures to slow disease spread
