Super Planet Modifiers For Player [2.7.*]
With this mod, you will have the ability to enact one of three decision on your planets that will enable one of three possible OP planet modifiers.
You can cancel the modifier if you wish as well.
This seems to work with all Origins!
The A.I. should never use these decisions.
