ZOFE Research Agreement
This mod allows ascended empires and lost empires from the Zenith of the Fallen Empires mod to form research agreements. The leaders are always asking about Dark Matter, and I want to teach my subjects.
I didn’t know if it was a mistake or intentional or what (because it’s not mentioned), but I saw that it could easily be rectified so I did it.
