Colossus Uninhabitables
Seen this reddit post Terraforming Colossus? so decided sure.
Adds in 3 new techs for Colossal weapons to turn those lovely habitable worlds into Molten/Barren/Frozen/Toxic worlds.
Molten, Frozen and Toxic worlds have a chance for their related strategic resource to be created afterwords
Would have made it for 2.3.* but Stellaris isnt allowing me to update my mods recently for "reasons" ¯_(ツ)_/¯
