Tech Spread
Spread researched technologies to bordering empires.
Works in ongoing game.
Compatible with everything. (If you have mod that adds tech, new ones won’t spread)
Event runs on 15th of 2nd month, so don’t panic if you don’t see changes right away.
You can change spread rate when starting a new game. Multiplayer will use default value.
Somewhat basic atm. I’ll probably add more things to affect spread, like pacts, open/closed borders, etc.
