Start on a hostile habitable home-world in AlphaMod
Hostile Origins includes three new origins, allowing an empire to begin the game on a Molten, Frozen or Toxic Habitable world. A Bio-vault deposit is included with a hostile home-world, providing important life-sustaining resources and jobs.
Such an empire will also begin with the tech needed to terraform most normal habitable worlds into an appropriate hostile habitable, cheaply and quickly.
Scaled terraforming (cost and time by size) of molten, frozen or toxic planets into habitable worlds, is also available to an empire with the appropriate origin, as is a decision to construct a Bio-vault on a new hostile habitable colony that doesn’t have one.
