Description:

The Emperor Protects his own.

A comprehensive shakedown of the We Are The Imperial Navy mod by Reiseafa. This mod not only updates a 3 year old NSC mod, but also consolidates it with another mod designed completely differently and updated for a completely different build of stellaris.

This mod reintroduces models long depreciated from the 2017 NSC variant and works for both vanilla and NSC games. Ships mothballed for almost 3 years now sail the stars in the fury of the Emperor once more. They have been given new speculars to make the ships less "shiny" and reflective as well.

Please see the above link for more information about this mod, and credit the original author. All of the models belong to Reiseafa.

I forgot to put in the models for a few ships in the previews but they are in the mod, such as a Space Marine battle barge for the carrier and Blackstone Fortress for the Juggernaut.

This mod is currently in a BETA state, and may have bugs. It has not been sufficiently playtested. Due to the nature and scope of this revision, this mod is likely to have minor issues in a few places. Please report any bugs in the comments below.

"We are the defenders of Humanity.
We are the Emperor’s blazing sword and the Imperium’s crushing fist.
Hundreds of billions of souls ready to die in the cold blackness of space.
We are… The Imperial Navy."

ADDON: I should mention it is very possible to extract models from a certain couple games for use, but not only does Games Workshop forbid this, they are far too CHONK for the Stellaris engine, and cannot be thinned enough no matter how much kale I may force it to snort.

This thick toliet seat wagon is almost a MILLION verts. Even split into 31 integrated mesh objects simply to allow the game to render it at maximum expenditure, you will likely trigger an immediate AI uprising for forcing your poor tabletop strategy game engine to do so. Forget having a fleet; even the original game engine could not handle that.
