Caravaneers and Nomads coexist
This lets Nomads spawn even when you have Megacorp DLC enabled (in vanilla this prevents Nomads to be spawned in their event) but it does not guarantee for them to appear. I only removed the block from Megacorp.
This does not let you Caraveneers spawn when you do not own Megacorp DLC.
Overrides nomad_events.txt thus breaking achievements.
Updated tag for 2.6.*, nothing changed in the nomad_events file, so it should work just as before.
