After a long time spent praying and hoping for a defunct, Windows XP era TTS advisor to come forward into Stellaris via the modding community, I eventually got bored and decided to bring it into reality myself.

Everyone’s favourite text to speech device can now lead your Machine Empire (or any other empire) to mediocrity and no-longer-supported levels of success, assuming of course he doesn’t bluescreen at the worst possible time.
My first mod ever so I just need to mention that I had some issues. The main one being that I could not increase the volume on the voice files once I’d recorded them ((you may need to adjust the advisor volume to be higher than your other values))
