Description:

NOTE: Enabling the mod at all causes some system initializers to not load. (Intentional)
Also: guaranteed habitable worlds will spawn

Adds 5 galaxy setup options (Barren Tiny, Barren Medium etc) that do not generate habitable worlds at all.
