SD’s No Arrested Development
This tiny little mod just removes the trait "Arrested Development". For some reason I seem to be cursed and all my governors invariably get this trait right away. Its infuriating, so I just made the annoying trait go away. Machine empires seem to get "Rigid programming" 80% of the time too, but that’s less annoying. Anyway, this just gets rid of that one annoying trait and that’s it.
