Description:

Adds a new subject type, ‘colonial subject,’ available if you have the corresponding civic. Enjoy expanding colonial nations that take care of themselves while you get back to the business of empire-leading!

‘Any country you release as a vassal or puppet in a war will have an event pop up for you to decide to make it a colony or not, so the best way is to colonise a far-flung planet, release it as a vassal and let it expand in that direction while you work towards a different region, for conquered planets this is just more of a cosmetic thing. colonies are pretty good in terms of resources, you should gain minerals and energy, You also get a diplomatic bonus between you and your colonies.

Much credit to Vassals Expanded and Reworked, who i shameless copied in terms of vassal selecting, this mod should be compatible with it but issues may arise.

My first mod, so let me know if there’s any errors with it. I’m not much of a balance fan so it’s probably overpowered, use at your own discretion.
