Stellaris Dev Diary 149:"Pops and jobs are indeed what’s consuming most of our CPU time nowadays."

A lot of the lategame lag is caused by the high number of pops (and their jobs) on planets and huge fleets.
The Idea of this mod is to simply reduce that and balance the game around it.

This Mod…

… halves every amount of jobs and housing by districts, buildings and more.
… doubles the amount of resources generated by jobs
… doubles the amount of time needed for a new pop to grow or be build
… reduces the necessary amount of pops to unlock a new building slot
… halves the naval capacity
… doubles the cost of warships
… doubles the offensive and defensive stats of every ship
… reduces the start population of a country

Compatibility:

2.3.3 Ready!

Should be compatible with every mod that increases the amount of building slots on planets and add more Ships (Like NSC2).

Only Mods that add new Jobs and Homes (Like Buildings, Planetmodifiers, Districts) will create an inbalance in your game(Still technically compatible though).

Not Compatible with Mods that try to overwrite Vanilla Districtfiles, Jobfiles, Buildingfiles.

– Guillis Planet Modifiers
– Upgradable Basic Resource Buildings
– Upgradable Strategic Resource Buildings

Planetary Diversity: More Arcologies, Unique Worlds, Exotic Worlds, Reworked Habitability are all compatible, since they dont add any Housing or Jobs!

(Overwrites all of the Files needed for my Mod / Merged some of them)

AI: 8 to 12 with max Fallen Empires and max Marouders (No Primitives most of the time but works aswell)

Mostly Multiplayer!

I play 100 to 200 years with a decent gamespeed!
