Invariable Demographics
Removes the bonus to underrepresented species, massively reduces randomness in pop growth selection, and increases the chance larger populations growing. This will hopefully prevent less adaptable species from being overtaken by immigrants and allow even the most xenophilic empires to maintain a majority of founder species. This is untested so idk what’ll actually happen.
