Galactic Empire (based on Legend of Galactic Heroes, so decidedly Germanic in style)
Hegemony (general human dictatorial/imperialistic)

Beastmen (WHF)
Atheist (based on the South Park episode "Go God Go" in three flavours – regular names, nonesense futuristic names ["Shpeck"] and Sea Otter)
