No Default Empires
This mod simply disables the vanilla game empires by replacing 00_prescripted_countries.txt with a blank file.
There is another mod for this exact feature, but that author has not kept it up to date.
I originally wanted to disable these empires in my main mod (The Babylon 5 Project), but realized that this feature is probably best utilized when created independently of any other mod, allowing you to choose whether you wanted the default empires in your game or not.
This mod should be compatible with any and all other mods which do not ‘require’ any of the vanilla empires.
