! STNH: Improved AI

You may know me from my AI mod, Starnet.
I’ve been enjoying Star Trek: New Horizons for some time and I had a few issues with its AI.
This is relatively small mod created to improve ST:NH AI behavior, making them manage economy and tech better than they do without this mod. This mod requires to use Star Trek:New Horizons and will not work without it.
Change AI planet management, tech choices, expansion priorities.
Change sector AI/Planetary Automation, change diplomatic behavior of AIs (unlike starnet, so don’t worry, UFP won’t suddenly decide to wage a galactic crusade).
Run this mod together with ST:NH. Do not use any other mods unless they are known to be compatible with STNH.
Sad to know, this is essentially a first draft of the mod, from my playtests AI should already be noticably better but some problems may remain. You may have found a problem I’ve not seen.
Feel free to report any issues you’ve encountered, it may be possible to fix them.
