Ethics and Civics Alternative + StarNet AI Patch
This mod makes sure that Ethics and Civics Alternative 2.7 loads after ~ StarNet AI, by patching the two mods, as of right now it over writes the files from StarNet, but if there are any issues that spring up I can try to merge it.
