Asymmetric Start
This is a very small mod, that gives every advanced AI empire the chance to start with ~0-40 additional systems.
If you start with "Advanced Neighbours" = Off, your direct neighbours will still be small One-system-empires.
It is very random, so if you get unlucky and a fanatic purifier gets 40 additional systems, you will have a very hard time…
Compatibility: Should work with every other mod.
