Description:

This mod makes it so that crossbreeding only occurs between species within the same phenotype group.
Example: Reptilians only hybridize with other reptilians.

I was personally quite annoyed that there was no way within the game to limit crossbreeding compatibility since I thought, as unlikely as it was, humanoids might be able to crossbreed with other humanoids through gene tailoring. But expecting humanoids to breed with birds? Really… So I made this mod. The only solution I could think of outside of this mod would be to genocide the species you didn’t want and their hybrid creations. Sorry too lazy to update version compatibility, but play testing shows that it works and should continue to do so until Paradox adds a new phenotype group.

How it works:
Species can only crossbreed with other species within the same phenotype group. Really just that simple.
Affects species added by mods (assuming they belong to an already existing phenotype group)
Has the bonus side affect of lowering the ridiculous number of hybrid species, which I have seen people complain about.

What it doesn’t do:
Directly affect population growth nor migration.
Add game rule(s)
Affect phenotype groups added by mods. If you want it to affect phenotype groups added by mods, it’s pretty easy, I only added one file, just copy and paste 4 lines of code from the file, then edit it.
