• No longer requires you to remove orbital stations before construction.
• No longer limited to one per system.

Dyson Sphere:

• No longer limited to one per nation.
• Now able to build in binary or trinary systems.

Science Nexus:

• Now can built in orbit of stars.

Matter Decompressor:

• No longer limited to one per nation.

Strategic Coordination Center:

• Now can built in orbit of stars.

Mega Art Installation:

• Now can built in orbit of stars.

Interstellar Assembly:
