Simply Faster FTL, Slower Battle
This is super-duper abstracted version of Faster FTL, Slower Battlle mod.
Simply adds ship events:
* increases sub-light speed by 275% off-combat.
* removes off-combat speed buff for military ships in combat
* decreases sub-light speed by 50% for military ships in combat
That is it!
This mod should be compatible with any mod that does not introduce event-based speed change.
