Description:

Feaures:
– advanced resources visible directly in the topbar
– compatible with any resolution from 1280×720 and above
– removed "Systems", "Planets" and "Pops" items as all important information is in "Empire Sprawl"
– general cleanup of text and icon positioning
– tighter item spacing keeping everything legible
– bonus: shorter music controls bar and fix for weirdness at resolutions below 1366 horizontal

Note: Minimum horizontal resolution is 1280

Compatibility:
– multiplayer and Iron man compatible (no change in checksum)
– compatible with Universal Resource Patch
