Terraform uninhabitable planets. Based on Quin’s Uninhabitable Terraforming
Features that are different:
* all techs researchable / no project
* increased tech cost
* fixed errors (in log)
* reworked tooltips
* go directly from genesis to gaia
* terraforming has now a potential so that it only appears when you researched the corresponding tech
* repair broken or shattered planets
