List of changes:
– bigger building filter
– compact building list
– bigger queue
– district number moved up to districts
– red locked slots replaced with simple grey ones
– pop stats are rearranged
– stab and crime moved to the top
– planet name moved to prevent overlap on 720-width screens
– the window moved to the left to give more room
– leader elements better aligned
– bigger job list
– slightly bigger +/- buttons
– changed the pop count to white and added a dark background
– changed size and color of category names to better see the difference
– moved pop / assembly / migration icons next to growing / assembling / declining pops
– bigger background for growing pops
– bigger demographics list
– removed a lot of labels
– fixed the build list flickering on the left when you close it
