More trait points and higher max trait points

Changes common/species_archetypes/00_species_archetypes to:

@robot_trait_points = 4
@robot_max_traits = 10
@machine_trait_points = 5
@machine_max_traits = 10
@species_trait_points = 6
@species_max_traits = 10

original values:

@robot_trait_points = 0
@robot_max_traits = 4
@machine_trait_points = 1
@machine_max_traits = 5
@species_trait_points = 2
@species_max_traits = 5
