So 2.7 has changed how edicts work (again). Besides making Nutritional Plenitude even less useful that it was already (and cost influence to activate – and an edict slot), encourage growth no longer exists. Sadly that means the mod is now defunct. But it will stay up for people who don’t want to convert over to 2.7.

Adds an ‘Encourage Growth Permanently’ decision that subtracts 8.3 food per month forever (1000 food per decade) without you needing to renew it.

Lithoids no longer get the option to use this decision.

Also adds an option to permanently distribute luxury goods at a scaling cost equal to vanilla. How much you pay per planet is recalculated every 10 years (when you would originally be renewing the decision). This process happens automatically, so be careful that it doesn’t outpace your good production (or only use it on specific planets).

Lithoids do get to use that decision.
