Lower Maintenance Costs [2.2]
Another small mod to correct 2.0’s balancing; this mod reduces monthly maintenace cost from 0.5%/1% to 0.3/0.6%.
It also reduces the maintenance cost buff for (awakened) fallen empires from x0.25 (x0.5) to x0.5 (0.75), bringing them to somewhat more manageable levels.
