For some mods must be adapted to this mod so if you have a mod with which it does not work then write me the link!

Increase the Trait Picks to 99 (Supported Version: 2.3.X)

Caution this mod also applies to randomized AI because of this the game start without mod and then save a savegame. Restart the game with the mod and load its created savegame. Once it has loaded, open the console and paste this text:

For synthetic beings: effect give_technology = { tech = tech_robomodding }

For biological beings: effect give_technology = { tech = tech_gene_tailoring }

With this console command, the modification of synthetic beings or biological beings will be unlocked and you can therefore choose what you want. Because of the fact that it is at the beginning, no other species has the possibility to modify itself or others and thus you can not use the mod. Once you have selected what you would like to save and restart the game without the mod to make sure that the AI can not really use the mods.
