Black Mesa Advisor
Hello. The Automatic Diagnostic and Announcement System welcomes you to the Black Mesa Research Facility.
In the spirit of the Megacorp update, I made an advisor pack using the files from the Black Mesa announcement system (VOX) in Half-Life.
My goal was to make the cues fit both the Black Mesa and the Stellaris universes and also make sense in the game—I have a gripe with advisor mods where the cues leave you guessing as to what they’re supposed to mean.
Ironman-friendly.
