Description:

This mod reduces the base penalty for diplomatically creating or requesting to become a vassal, protectorate, tributary, or subsidiary from -50 to -25.

This mod overides commondiplomatic_actions0_actions.txt. It is incompatible with any other mod that changes that file (Pretty much anything that changes diplomacy).
