Custom edits and tweaks for my modpack, Stellaris Ultimate Pack 2.3.
Suggest any balance changes in the comments.
Changes
Ascension Perks
-Removed Light of Eternity perk
-Removes expanded knowledge ascension path for now
-Disabled Lost Heritage perk for AI
-Removed Xeno-Compatibility and Imperial Prerogative (The latter is duplicated in ESAP)
-Merged Eternal Vigilance and Executive Vigor changes from TUD and Unique APs
Other
-Disabled neutral and negative traits from Exigency
-Disabled Synthetic Ascended civic for AI
