Dark Matter Hack
This is a simple mod that adds an event that will automatically give any empire that has Zero Point Power the ability to research Dark Matter Reactors. This is particularly useful as a hack/cheat for the Zenith of Fallen Empires mod so that you can ascend without having to take on a fallen empire first, or if through bad luck there are no more Fallens to take on.
