Choose Your Synth’s Rights
This small mod lets you set the species rights for synths so long as you have ai rights allowed, without needing to go for synthetic ascension. it also lets you continue to use the caste system with your synthetically ascended pops if you are authoritarian.

Overwrites the species_rights file, as well as can_species_have_rights from 00_rules.
